Marketing & Communication Manager, since 2025

This collaboration focuses on the strategic development and management of ÉRMA Ensemble’s communication, visibility, and public presence across digital, media, and institutional channels.

The work includes leading and overseeing the ensemble’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the aim of strengthening engagement, expanding reach, and reinforcing the ensemble’s artistic positioning. Original content strategies are developed and executed across photography, videography, and short-form storytelling, tailored specifically to the dynamics and audiences of each digital platform.

In parallel, targeted email marketing campaigns are designed and managed to build audience loyalty, sustain long-term relationships, and drive participation in concerts, festivals, and outreach activities. These efforts are embedded within a broader, integrated public relations strategy that supports the ensemble’s artistic direction, brand visibility, and strategic objectives.

The collaboration also involves shaping and maintaining ÉRMA Ensemble’s brand identity through consistent messaging, visual coherence, and positioning across all communication channels. This includes building and managing relationships with press and media outlets; writing and distributing press releases, media kits, and editorial content; and ensuring clear, compelling representation of the ensemble’s work.

Working closely with artists, partners, and stakeholders, the communication strategy translates the ensemble’s mission and artistic vision to diverse audiences. Campaign performance and audience insights are continuously monitored and analyzed to refine strategies, optimize impact, and support informed decision-making. Marketing and PR support is coordinated across concerts, festivals, and educational initiatives, ensuring alignment with ÉRMA Ensemble’s cultural values and long-term goals.
