Yorgos Ziavras

This ongoing collaboration focuses on strengthening Yorgos’ public profile within the International music market, while expanding his visibility and recognition both as an individual artist and as the artistic leader of his two ensembles, the principal conductor of Oper Wuppertal and artistic director of TRIETHNÉS FESTIVAL.

The work centers on strategically positioning his artistic activity in Germany and Greece, highlighting his distinctive profile as a conductor and musician. Emphasis is placed on articulating a clear artistic identity and public narrative that reflects his values, interpretative approach, and long-term professional vision.

Alongside branding and publicity strategy, the collaboration includes personal artist management and institutional liaison. Acting as his personal manager, I coordinate closely with the organizations and institutions he works with, managing invitations, protocol, press relations, and public-facing communication. This includes liaising with opera houses, festivals, orchestras, and cultural institutions to ensure coherent messaging, proper representation, and aligned media exposure.

The scope of services includes the design and implementation of a comprehensive publicity strategy targeting major media outlets; the preparation and distribution of press releases before and after key performances; the coordination of interviews with selected journalists and high-readership publications; and the structured development of his digital presence across social media platforms and web channels.

The collaboration is ongoing and evolves in parallel with his artistic trajectory, ensuring consistent positioning, strategic visibility, and professional continuity across projects, institutions, and markets.
