Oloi Emeis, Doukas School

Corporate Event Planning | October 2025

Jay Raissis & Co. was commissioned to design and deliver a tailor-made corporate team-building event addressed to the school’s internal community. The project focused on engaging the school’s employees through an interactive, educational, and collaborative experience, specifically conceived for the school’s campus in Marousi, Greece.

At the core of the event was a custom-designed treasure hunt, fully developed, coordinated, and executed by our team on site. The concept and content of the game were created in close alignment with the client’s brief, which called for an activity that would meaningfully incorporate key elements of the school’s history, institutional values, and milestones. Historical references and archival information were embedded into the game’s challenges and clues, transforming the campus itself into an experiential learning environment.

The event was implemented within the school premises and supported operationally by our team throughout its full duration, including game facilitation, participant guidance, time management, and overall coordination. Approximately 100 employees took part in the activity, representing a broad cross-section of the organization, including teaching staff, administrative personnel, and support services.

The project successfully combined corporate engagement, institutional storytelling, and experiential design, fostering teamwork and interaction across departments while reinforcing a shared sense of identity and collective memory among participants.
