Song On Earth

This project focused on production management, communication strategy, and fundraising coordination for Song on Earth, a spatial performance based on Das Lied von der Erde by Gustav Mahler, presented in 2024 within the framework of All of Greece, One Culture at Prespa Lakes.

Our role encompassed the overall coordination of the project’s production framework, ensuring alignment between artistic concept, logistical execution, institutional requirements, and public presentation. Working across multiple partners and locations, we supported the translation of an ambitious artistic vision into a viable and well-structured cultural production.

In parallel, we designed and implemented the project’s communication and publicity strategy, overseeing media relations, press materials, and public-facing narratives in collaboration with institutional partners, including the Greek National Opera. The communication approach aimed to position the project within a broader cultural and regional context, strengthening visibility and audience engagement.

The work also included fundraising and partnership coordination, contributing to the development of institutional collaborations, sponsor relations, and funding pathways that supported the project’s realization. Across all areas, the focus was on coherence, clarity, and sustainability, ensuring that production, communication, and financial structures operated in support of both artistic quality and public impact.
