TRIETHNÉS FESTIVAL

28 - 31 August 2025

Since September 2024

Task.

Our task involved crafting a robust production management plan and seamlessly executing the production of the festival as a whole. The project was complex, requiring detailed planning, funding, and logistics to move a chamber orchestra and a production team of 50 people to Prespa for 6 days and 6 concerts.

Jay Raissis serves as Managing Director of TRIETHNÉS FESTIVAL

Services.

We meticulously formulated a comprehensive production and project management plan, addressing all facets of the production, including orchestra management, casting, booking, travel, rehearsal planning, stage management, sound, audience engagement, and public relations.

We engaged in direct lobbying with local institutions and created detailed fundraising, partnership, and collaboration plans for sponsors and donors. In terms of communication and marketing, we handled all PR placements, interviews, press releases, and social media, as well as the branding and web design. We worked with both local, national and international media, and institutions in North Macedonia, the Embassy of Greece in Skopje, the Embassy of Greece in Tirana, the Consulate of Greece in Monastiri, and the municipality of Prespa.
