1st TRIETHNÉS INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL

Task.
Our task involved crafting a robust production management plan and seamlessly executing the production of the festival as a whole. The project was complex, requiring detailed planning, funding, and logistics to move a chamber orchestra and a production team of 70 people to Prespa for 6 days and 7 concerts.
